The azenis and fk451 anyway. Trust me on that. Fk451 is a good street tire that handles weekends on the track just fine. I would go that route over any of the nittos unless you are drag racing the car (and even then nittos are not the best choice). And yes smaller front tires = more understeer. Put the largest front tire on you can without rubbing (should be 265). I have only 8.5 in the front so I run 255's but I am looking to get a set of 9" track wheels to put on all corners of my car as well so I can run 265's all around myself (already have 4 new 265 tires in the garage awaiting the purchace of said wheels).
